Hello All. I have a question regarding the amp board. I recapped and installed new transistors. Right channel was out so I just did the whole thing. Had issues with the right channel after the repair and found a cap backwards but it is resolved. I had it plugged into a DBT and everything was going great. Both channels were sounding great. So I plugged into the regular outlet and turned it on and poof.... smoke from the LEFT channel transistor area. . And then the main fuse blew. No speaker fuses on this one. Pulled the SN507 and SD313 transistors on the left channel and no issues. Also the Sc828. Something shorted but I guess the DBT was soaking up some of the current. Could it be a resistor? The 2 big .22ohm resistors have been replaced. The board has been repaired at some point and looks like crap but I cleaned it up the best I could. Any thoughts. ??? Thanks in advance.
