2230 Front Dubbing jacks recessed, missing spacers?

This 2230 had some issues when I got it, and I noticed the dubbing jacks are too recessed when I put the faceplate on. The phono plug will not fully stick inside without hitting the front plate. Does anyone know what parts are missing here exactly, or what size spacers? I have pics comparing them to the headphone jack, which fits flush with the front plate properly. Thanks
