2275 Power Supply Board Testing Voltages

The relay on my Marantz 2275 will not engage when I turn on the receiver. The relay had engaged before I did some work on the power supply board and the right power amp board. I tested voltages with respect to ground on the components and listed the results on the attached photo. Please help me troubleshoot! Thank you!

If I unplug the power amp circuit board connectors to eliminate them from the circuit for troubleshooting purposes, should the relay engage?

Yes. Find which module is spitting out DC, or if it still doesn't engage, the protection circuit is having issues.

Be sure to replace the blob diodes on the amp boards if you have an early 2275, it was the issue for me before for a unit in protection.
