I'm in need of a switch cover for a Marantz 2275. The one I'm missing is the one for the source/tape selector but it appears to be identical to any of the 14 round pushbutton switch covers that are in a horizontal line below the tuner dial. These switches have a small square shaft. The covers measure 11mm in diameter and about 17.5mm in length. I'm not all that familiar with Marantz receivers but would think the same switch covers would have been used on a lot of the 22xx receivers and probably other gear.
In searching the auction site I find a lot that are 14mm in length. The difference seems to be that on the shorter cover the silver outer part extends just to the end of the black plastic inner part. The silver outer part on the ones on the 2275 I'm working on extends a few millimeters beyond the black plastic inner part. Is this type of switch cover unusual or rare? I'm having a difficult time locating the one I need.
Thanks,
Joe
