I have a 2385 which has a broken balance slider.About a half inch from the one side has been broken off and pushed right through the back.I believe it is a 250K.
I am currently looking for a replacement but was wondering...Is it possible to epoxy this back together and re-joined the broken traces?Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Take the remainder of the control out of the metal housing (bend the tabs out of the way). Clean the edges of the busted board with acetone and a Q-Tip, making sure not to leave any threads of cotton behind. Cyanoacrylate glue (superglue) bonds broken PC boards like nobody's business. Go for it, and then fix the broken traces.

Hi, This is my first post here.

I have the same problem with the balance slider, but with model 2226. I would like to know which is the best way to fix the broken traces of the slider? Since they are made of carbon. Is Wire Glue Ok? Thanks.
