250M meters out

Just purchased a 250M from Japan in route, The meters are out, but reportedly output unaffected. I'm gonna pair with a Marantz 3300 and Klipsh Belles. Any advice on who to rebuild properly the 250M and get meters running/replaced? Been reading, and seems to not be a simple fix? New here, Thanks in advance! Wallace

Just curious...is this a 110v version or 100v Japanese version OR an adjustable multivolt version?
