250M replacement transistors

Hey guys, I recently aquired a 250M with 1 blown output, which took out the corresponding predriver transistor as well as an exploded 2N4125 transistor. What are the recommended replacement transistors?

There’s probably more at fault here I’d rebuild the boards as these are problematic amps if they aren’t set up perfect lots of good restoration threads to look at

when I fixed my early 250, I checked *all* transistors on each amp board. many were blown (including outputs, the drivers, pre-drivers, ...).

I'd suggest a transistor checker, dbt, a couple DVMs, and a watt meter.
