2SA906 PNP Transistor Pinout

I am in the process of restoring a Sansui G-8700db, when I got to the equalizer amp board I noticed that the two 2SA906 transistors are marked BCE on the silkscreen, but the service manual has the pinout listed as ECB (in the parts list there is a pinout diagram that shows ECB). I cant find a good datasheet, and the only one that I did find was in Japanese. Does anyone have a datasheet or can tell me the correct pinout?

I'm pretty sure that's a Mitsubishi part that is BCE. I can't read Japanese either, but the labeling is reversed from parts I know are ECB.
I'd go with the silkscreen.
 
Your meter us your friend. It takes 20 seconds to find the base. With the collector in the center and in the diode test mode, the base will conduct to the other 2 pins when the negative lead is on the base. I always do this as sanity check, especially with small transistors when installing. My 2 cents...
