2sb646c replacement

Hi, repairing an early eighties marantz pm4 and need a cross reference for a 2sb646c, i think these were quite common in marantz equipment in the late 70's early 80's.

Bdent has the originals for 81 cents.

If ordering from Mouser, I would suggest 2SA1145 while they last, or KSA1381E while they last. The 2SA1145 is the closer part, and has the same packaging. Plus its only 14 cents.
