2X REL Q150E for $190. Is this a good deal?

I have a chance to replace my JBL Control SB-5 passive sub, driven by a mission Cyrus 1 80s amp, with two of these. They have no hum or clicks, but I don't mind re-capping them anyway. Is this a good price for two?
