4230 P700 issue comparing to service manual

Help is needed here. I have been restoring the first board to some point, but noticed from the start that there is something wrong In my board. There was a blown resistor R772 in the bottom right that doesn't show in the manual. And my service instructions advice me to change diods H718 and H719 which seems to be some kind of PTC resistors in my board, also in the bottom corners. Those were rapped round whit rubber band with the transistors H710 and H711. Diods should be located next to the big capasitors.

Is this some kind of variant? The other board looks the same. Has anyone had similar cases?

Maybe this service bulletin M-4230-6 covers those components?
  • H718, H719 are 22D47 Thermistors
  • R771, R772 are added 68 Ohm, 5%, 1/4W resistors
