5000x vs 7070

[ric27]

Is a Sansui 7070 an upgrade from 5000x. I have a shot at a 7070 and have a 5000x now. I like the 5000 but you know how it is and the 7070 is a bargain.

If it's a bargain I would just do it. I think it's about the same "level" although the 5000x was the top of it's line, where the 7070 is third in it's era.

I know the 5000 was from the very early 70's what were the 7070 production years?
