I've not heard this deck, but, I've heard plenty of Lencos, from stock to hot-rod'd. I know its potential.
In this case, one of the good guys makes good; a DIY to production dream come true for Peter Reinders (Pete of Pete of Petes Top Plate - PTP's).

Looks like he has taken the Lenco's to a new level of performance. With his CNC design experience it looks like he is near the point of manufacturing an entire modern idler wheel turntable. He will just need to source the motor.
