7 or 9 pin sub for half of 6CG7

Anyone know of a single triode similar to half of the 6CG7 other than 6C4? The 6AF4 doesn't look too bad but just wondering. I've made some searches but haven't found any suggestions. I'm considering making DaveG's clone of the Fisher SA-100 but with single triodes for the input and cathodyne to make my layout work better. I suppose the 6C4 would be ok since the cathodyne isn't providing any gain but just wondering if there is something else out there.

Just keyed on the fact that 6AF4 has a 150V max plate voltage so maybe not a good candidate. Probably should just use 6C4 as I have them along with 6AV6.

Also have a box full of 5HA7 which is a compactron version of 12DW7/7247.

What is wrong with 6C4/EC90 ? No shortage of them.
