865Hz tone from my Pioneer TX-D1000

I've got a really loud, annoying 865Hz tone on these two stations, but only on this tuner. I don't hear it in my car or on any of my analog tuners. It's in the bottom quarter of the FM band and the entire AM band. I don't hear it at higher FM stations. It's obviously coming from this tuner, as my TX-940 exhibits no such tone, nor does my Toshiba tuner or the radio in my Jeep. It doesn't matter what it's plugged into either - the preamp or a secondary circuit makes no difference.

Any idea what would be causing this?
