9090 won't power up

It was the switch, and it wasn't the contacts. The mechanical action had frozen in the open position, generous amounts of cleaner, lube, cleaner, lube, cleaner with dry lube. Good to go, thanks for the help. Pete, if you come across the part number I would still like it for reference, thanks.
 
Measure the distance between the mounting holes, and pick the appropriate switch from my previous post.
