hey all, I need to find a compentent repair facility that is very familiar with these vintage units. The following are things I know I need: controls need to be cleaned, lights need to be replaced, tuner needs some type of adjustments, and perhaps a few caps replaced.

I don't want to attempt this as I don't have and/or want to take the time. I'm in Raleigh NC and I'm willing to drive it somewhere within an hour or two away from me... I can't remember who I bought this from (I think a member here); however, it's an extremely nice 9090db, it's just time for some TLC....

If not in my area (Raleigh, NC), then how about someone on the east coast? If I have to ship, I do not have the boxes... Any suggestions on getting boxes?

If you're gonna do it, do it right and have them re-pin the dolby board as well ... those are known to cause intermittent issues like channels dropping out and such.
