Currently making a big parts list for the 919, i'm going to replace all the small transistors on the driver board n preamp with the fairchild equivalents, new bourns pots and was maybe gonna do the diodes to, as well as those polystyrene caps n change the low value ones to match the service manual. I'm going to order a full set of mj21193/4 output transistors for now until i can hook the amp up to a scope n be sure its running stable. I'm missing 1 nmc1012 to put the amp back totally original and don't want to fry these. It's my understanding that these transistors work best as a matched set, however given the fact the nmc is unobtainium can i sub this 1 transistor for a 2st5949 or 2sc2607 ?
