A CA-2010 dropped in my lap... A story and questions. HELP!

Hello folks,

So I just acquired a beautiful CA-2010 in exchange for beer money and it looks to be in great condition, but I can't get it to play!
First thing I did was power it up and see if I could get anything out of it. I tried everything I could think before taking it apart and lo and behold, NOTHING! Before tearing this thing apart I figured I'd to some research and try again--maybe I was just being an idiot and had something wired incorrectly. NOTHING!!! The only difference was I noticed when metering Rec Out I was getting signal but not on Sp Out. Time to take her clothes off! ;)
Next I removed the bonnet and bottom cover to do a visual inspection and nothing appears to have been burnt out or replaced all dumb-like. The only thing I found was a few wires had come disconnected (see below). I re-soldered those puppies and tried again. NOTHING!!!
Lastly I did some blind fishing around and thought maybe one of the relays was bad so I just tapped on 'em to see if I could get anything and I got the meters on the front (when in Sp Out) to jump. I feel like with some proper guidance I could resurrect this beaut.
As you can probably tell I'm by no means a professional but I am armed with a multi-meter, the repair manual, and I can solder damn well... if need be. I'm in deep now and refuse to give up! I feel like I'm close and I know if I can pinpoint the problem I can save her. Please help, I don't know where to go from here.

Does the relay click when it's been powered on for a few seconds? That's a good indication of health. If it clicks and no sound there's probably dirty switches somewhere where if it doesn't click you've got component issue and it will need to have some troubleshooting done.

2nd the relay click, mine clicks in after about 10-15 seconds, if it doesn't you have other problems. As others stated check fuses too.
