Yep, that's it. Have seen these, but didn't know that they had five separate heads, and the one long capstan. Don't know that I'd buy one, but looks kind of neat nonetheless.
 
The Spot Carts in the IGM automation system at K-105 used a similar set up with the long capstan and multiple heads.
I remember a bearing going bad in it one time and it was a nightmare to fix. You can see them in the center row of the pic.
