Control placement looks conventional by more modern standards; HK must've set a style with these. I know nothing about tube amps; the ad makes it sound like it would be a real project to get it working. But it's purty...
 
Yeah, copper was a somewhat common front panel color back then, before the industry settled on silver. EICO had a similar style.
 
Don't know what the market value is but I'd love to own this thing, early receiver and solid copper, what's not to like? Given the amount of restoration and the fact that it's mono, I don't know if I'd go a hunnert for it, but that's just me. It's cool.
