My TEAC A-3300SX reel-to-reel has been away for the last five weeks having a service, recap, head block swap & final calibration. I'm off to go collect it soon and will be nice to have it back in the setup performing better than ever.
I've recently removed 3 decks from my setup a Pioneer CT-F750 (sold on eBay last month working, but subsequently damaged in shipping) just getting what I can for it now. An Alba 2200 and soon a Nak BX-1 just a parts machine.
After redoing my setup the other day, the removal of the other cassette decks has meant I now have the space to set up and use my B&O Beocord 8000, which is a great 2 head deck, but it took up a lot of space, so hasn't been used much over the last few years and just been packed away.
The 3-head Aurex PC-X88AD I picked up locally the other day and what a great little performer. Rivals my ES Sony deck for playback and it actually puts on a very good show recording too. This model also features Toshiba's Adress noise reduction system.
Thought I'd also take some nice decent quality bracketed shots (multiple exposures merged together) with my Fuji X100F.
