The Large Hadron Collider is a pretty amazing project. I was peripherally involved in the ill-fated Super Conducting Supercollider in Texas and as a result was skeptical of the ability of CERN to pull it off. Bravo.
 
Scientists from the future were sabotaging it? :lmao: I should have known better, when popups were blocked, that's a sign of a site's respectability, IMHO. :nono:

Of course I "got" the humor, hence the ROFL smiley. Did you possibly misunderstand MY point? :scratch2: Let me clarify, sites that use popups like that have been KNOWN to pass on viruses & spyware & nasty crap, & I wouldn't be posting links to it on a site I like. I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do, just pointing out that it's not the smartest thing to do.:no:
 
I read this woman's pieces on a regular basis, on the same site, and I've not faced one popup, or indication of a block...I suppose I'm not that smart, as I've walked the streets of New York City and DC at all hours for decades..either not that smart, or not that paranoid
