Acceptable ESR values for Electrolytic Caps

I have just picked up one of the 20$ ebay component testers and so far it works well on a variety of components.

Looking at 30 to 40 year old amps with good quality caps from the factory, what ESR measurements should I be seeing for acceptable, average and dangerous caps?

I note, for example that new 10,000 uF 56V amp power supply caps are from 10 to 30mOhm. I am not sure what lower value audio path electrolytic caps should be.
