Accuphase E-302 bias

Could anyone help me out with the factory recommended bias setting for the E-302? I've looked everywhere for a service manual, but can't find one on line. Seems Accuphase are notoriously secretive with their intellectual property, which is fair enough, but I'm only asking for bias level not a circuit diagram. Any help much appreciated.
