Acousti-craft console, I wan't this, right?

After reading a bit, it seems they were often stuffed with JBL or altec drivers. In this case I'm not certain as it was a cabinet with speakers but no integrated electronics, unless of course that has been removed in favour of the Akai. The dual could be the original. I'm emailing to ask if there are other old electronics around. This is an Acousti-Craft console, that much I know.

The only Acoustic-Craft cabinets I have ever seen had Trusonic speakers in them. It is worth looking into.

At that price, I'd at least take a look.
Acousti-craft built cabinets.People put what ever they wanted / could afford in them.
I've seen Altec / Heathkit's...JBL's...Electro-Voice..Tru-Sonics...etc...etc..

You could stick an HDTV on that and still get to the gear, something you can't do with most consoles.

Could be a win-win

This is probably gone. This is one I wouldn't have stopped to post about on AK.

Mid-century modern appeal, looks fairly functional for contemporary use, and likely loaded with enough vintage drivers to make the $95 asking price seem like a steal.

Nope, not gone, scheduled for a sunday viewing, with 2 very nice little old ladies clearing out there mothers puget sound estate.

Drivers are certainly what I am interested in, the duals nice too but really curious on the drivers.

I'd read that acusti-craft made cabinets for JBL but I guess it would then be a JBL badged speaker and acousti-craft as this one is.

It's a ferry boat ride and will basically eat up an entire day, throw naps of schedule etc. Hence my post, this one will cost me politically at home, so I really want to be certain I'm finding some nice speakers.
