Acousti-Craft flea market find

Found some interesting speakers today. The cabinets are labeled Acousti-craft. The single driver in each cabinet is a JBL D130. It appears that they were run as a full range speaker. The cabinets have a sliding bottom panel to adjust the port. Have not listened to them yet due to the Football game. tested them breafly at the flea market to make sure the drivers were working properly. Didn't steel them, but I think they were a good deal given the drivers. Interested in everyone's opinion on this setup, and the JBL drivers. I am wondering how these drivers would sound in my Altec 828 cabinets. Thanks!

I have the same cabinets that are loaded with EV TRX 15s. wish mine were as clean as yours.

Interesting find. My dad has the same Acoustic-craft cabinet filled with Bozak speakers that he purchased new in the late 50's. He only purchased one cabinet though as he never thought stereo would take off. Go figure.

I had some similar cabinets, also loaded with EV's, they're very nice wweigle, the JBL drivers, as Omegaman indicated, even nicer. Well done, excellent pick up!
