Acoustic Research AR38s Repair?

Hi all! My first post but have found some super insightful information on here in the past. Recently picked up a pair of AR38s for free here locally. The foam surrounds needed repair (done) but one of the tweeters doesnt work. I took it apart today and noticed two things: (1) the front thin wire is detached and (2) one of the rear wire connection mounts has broken off.

Is this repairable? I have the part number for replacement but cant seem to find anything online. Any additional information around sourcing a part or how (if possible) to repair would be great. I couldnt pick up an impedence reading with a multimeter but also not sure if its because the tweeter is dead or if its because there arent connections.

Thanks!

Depending on where you are measuring the resistance, if you are just having trouble connecting to the broken lead I suspect that someone with the requisite skill set could fix it.
Anyone without that skill set would definitely break it beyond repair.
A bit hard for me to tell by the pictures. (old monitor and older eyes).
