Acurus Mondial (A150) Buzzing

Recently started getting a buzz out of both channels. I'm using the main pre-outs on my ES AVR to this for the mains.
Could it be the AVR pre-output or the amp? Seems a bit rare that both channels on the Acurus would do this all of a sudden.

Thoughts?
