Adding Pre-amp Outputs - RX-V683

I posted this in the Yamaha sub-forum but the DIY section here may be better suited.

I've seen others have success in adding pre-amp outputs to certain models of receivers using the Schematics, and I'd like to see about doing that to my v683. While the v685 has these, at the time I found the v683BL on sale for $229 while the 685 was over $500 (USD). It wasn't until I upgraded my towers (Klipsch R28F) that I realized I could definitely use preamp outputs in order to utilize a secondary power amp to drive these power hungry beats, as the 90wpc @ 8ohms 2ch driven seems underpowered.

I found the schematic for the v673 which is seemingly the same onboard wiring diagrams, I just need some assistance on figuring out where to tap into the pre-amp stage for the FL/FR before the amplifier, and repurpose the phono input as the front preamp output. I found the attached from the 673 schematics but could use some guidance on where to find the proper placement of the wires needed to tap into the preamp stage.

No tap required. Zone2 rca's on the back is for connecting another amp.

Thanks for the reply man! I haven't been able to find in the manual where you can appropriate the Zone 2 pre-amp outputs to function in lieu of the Main Zone Amplifier Powered outputs. The only way to make this work within the confines of the Yamaha Firmware would be to turn on "Party Mode" which would supersede the ability to invoke DSP settings as it would be all channel, all zone stereo, as I gather from the technical specifications.
