I have an ADS speaker dilemma that I was hoping to get some help with. I have a pair of L1230s and l1290s that used to be upstairs and downstairs speakers. A house recent house sale has left me with both pairs and a much smaller house. I have to get rid of one of them.
The 1230s are the superior sounding pair but are much larger. I was hoping to get some idea of the current value of both so I could weigh which ones to keep. They are both in very good shape cosmetically... no large scratches and metal and cloth covers in very good shape. Sonically they are still some of the best speakers for my ears I have ever heard. I am in Southeastern Virginia if that makes any difference in pricing.
