ADS Grills ?

I have been looking at ADS speakers. I would prefer a cloth grill because I will have these speakers in a dusty environment. Presently I am looking at some ADS speakers that have metal grills. Some ADS metal grills come with a light foam on the back side to protect the speakers from dust. Does anyone know where you can source this foam? I was thinking that I would glue a layer of this foam to the back of the metal grill to protect the sticky domes. Alternatively I could make some new frames and buy speaker cloth and make new grills. Which would be better, foam on the back of the metal grills or new frame cloth grills? Anyone have a good source for speaker grill cloth? Thanks!

I would line the back of the metal grilles with the thinnest lightest black fabric I could find, assuming these are the kind that fit into a slot in the cabinet with a rubber gasket. If it's the kind of metal grill that stands off on little posts, I'd rebuild.

The L-780/2s I used to have didn't have foam glued to the back. Instead they had that weird black fiber type "cambric" that gets stapled to the underside of a chair seat or sofa. It's the "non-woven" type, like the stuff here.

You can probably get it at any fabric store that sells upholstery material.
