ADS L810 buzzing woofer

Yesterday I picked up a pair of ADS L810s for a fantastic price but they do have a few issues. Most have been resolved but one issue lingers, a slightly buzzing woofer/s. It doesn't seem to affect the sound as I don't even notice it when I'm at my listening position, but when I put my ear up to the driver it has an unsettling buzzing during most bass passages. The other speaker is absent of this buzzing sound. I pushed lightly on the drivers and could not hear or feel any rubbing. I also pulled the drivers out to see if a wire or something was bumping into it but nothing was found. I tried rotating the woofers 180 degrees but the buzzing remains. The rubber surrounds seems to be well sealed and I can't find any air leaking around the gasket.

I'm at a bit of a loss here wondering if you all have any ideas on how to get these back in proper form. They sound fantastic and i'm having a really hard time not playing them. I am a bit worried that I may be doing additional damage by playing them with buzzing issue still at large, let me know if you think this is a valid concern. I've made sure not to play them too loud but they sound so good i'm having a hard time turning them off.

I had a buzz in my L780’s, and it ended up being a wire or tinsel lead rubbing the cone. I removed the driver and rearranged things a couple times until it went away, and it hasn’t come back.

Check the spider to make sure it's intact and fully glued down. Also check the dust cap. I had a loose dust cap on an ESS woofer once that was buzzing; took me a while to figure out.

I think it may just be the dust cap after all! I put a tiny bit of pressure on the dust cap will it's playing quietly and the buzz goes away.

What type of glue would you all recommend to reseal the dust cap?

EDIT: after bit more testing I've noticed that if I touch the woofer cone anywhere lightly the buzz seems to go away, perhaps it's not isolated to the dust cap.

Could be spider sag... can lead to the voice coil rubbing lightly. Touching the cone or suspension can make it pull back to centered which gets rid of the buzz temporarily.

Try removing the driver and reinstalling it rotated 180 degrees from the current orientation, see if the buzz goes away. And,before that carefully check the entire outer edge of the surround where it glues down to make sure it hasn't started to lift from the basket (usually a cardboard ring under there) or from the edge of the cone.
