ADS loudspeaker: Stand question

Certain early model ADS loudspeaker models were offered with optional L-shaped stands that bolted into the back of the cabinet (see attached photo of a pair of L-810s. I also attached a frontal photo to visualize what the design details of the stand in question). Bolt holes were located at the side of the back (as well as the top and botton, presumably to allow for alternative speaker positioning. The more modern ADS speakers offered with stands, e.g. the copper grilled 810, utilizes different "box-shaped" stand design that did not require the bolt holes as described above and illustrated in the attachment).

Now to my question: Does any one know specifically what ADS models, apart from the "early" L-810 as per the attachment, that were offered with the optional L-shaped stands and therefore would have the four pairs of bolt holes on the back?

My bet would be maybe early L620's as they used the same sized cabinet. Also L710's and L520's along with L700's and L500's as they all used the same sized smaller cabinets. Yours are the only L stands I have seen.

You could use the L-stand on anything big enough to bolt them to and remain stable once they were attached.

Do you know what models came with the four pairs of bolt holes on the back to attach the L-stands - 500, 700, 520, 620, 710? I am guessing that some of the bookshelfs would be too small and that some of the large floorstanders would be, well, too large.

Just curious, Duffinator - curious minds, and all that!. On a separate not, do you recall we discussed at the SoCal AK meet the possibility to scan and host your ADS catalog? Please let me know if you want to do this - I would be happy to scan, post and host.

The L630 and L730 cabs are the same size as the L810 cabs. The L880 cabs are the same size too.

Thanks, Deli. Do you know if these cabinets, in their earlier incarnations, were designed with the four pairs of bolt holes (as per photo in post #1) to allow the fitting of the optional L-stands? Thanks!

Did you ever get your badges, by the way? I still have some of the ADS logos, and there's the a/d/s/ type on the 'Bay right now...

Possibly. The 630/730/780/880/980 were all later models compared to the early 810's NN owns and it's doubtful those stands were ever sold with the later models.

Did you ever get your badges, by the way?

I still only have the incorrect badges, Deli - silver on black, approx. 0.5x0.5" saying "ADS", the same as the ones that go on the copper faced ADS's.

The correct badge for mine would be a metal badge that says ADS, black on brass (or is it chrome?), approx. 1x1". I also believe I should have a matching logo on the bottom left corner of the baffle (behind the grille) - this logo is also lost from mine, if I am right in believing it was supposed to be there when new.
