ADS MV 80/T - New Surrounds or Replacement Woofers?

I've had a pair of ADS MV 80/T speakers in my garage for the past two years I have been wanting to get into working shape again. One tower has torn rubber surrounds on all 3 woofers. Are there kits for this speaker to fix that? What woofers can I replace them with if not?
