Probably easier to search under Braun speakers, one of the questions stated that it wasn't related to ADS as a marketed system.

From the German labeling on the L-pads, probably a european model similar to the 610 or 710 type ADS speakers IIRC. Look like decent parts as usual although the lack of back panel hookup posts coupled with just a lead wire out (and thin at that) makes me wonder about ultimate fidelity of these units (you know, looks like a great speaker but maybe the drivers a somewhat cheaper versions?)

Perhaps they are a set that came with a whole system by Braun? Then again, can't see the very tiny manufacturers label on the front either.

IF there are a lot of questions, I'd pass unless the price and shipping were very good. You can spend the money saved on some authentic ADS/Brauns.

Looks like an L830 in a way. That's an a/d/s/ model.

Interesting, with the tweeter/mid controls on top like that.

Braun used connected speaker wire to a few of their models (maybe all?).

Dunno why. Always looked cheap and thin.

But I betcha they sound real nice.

Oh, by the way- that seller has less than stellar feedback.

I'd be weary of that.

Hey Bart: The mids in OP's link look like domes. BTW, the 1002/8 sounds pretty good.

Thed: The wire on mine were attached. Yup, very cheap looking in comparison to the beautiful cab and grills.

BTW, my 1002/8's are 4 ohm so challenging to certain amps.
