Found a pair of Advent Heritage speakers at a thrift store but left them because one speaker had tweeter and a woofer missing. What was left needed to be refoamed. Where could I get replacement drivers? Just in case I decide to pick these up to use for my first refoam project.

If the cabs are in good shape, and only a few bucks for the pair.....why don't you get them for a speaker project?
As far as replacement drivers: e-bay, vintage on-line sellers, or audio forum classifieds.

I already have two speaker projects ATM that's why I'm hesitating.

Yeah, I know what you mean.
Finished a full-range speaker project last Sunday.
Starting a 2-way/3 driver project on Saturday.
I should get out more.....

I guess I'm addicted to buying speakers!! If there is a nice cabinet for cheap...I have a driver to fit it! I have been buying & selling drivers on Ebay for the last 6 years...Now I have stock piled vintage and new drivers for many projects to come...for a lifetime!! I bought many new Polk,Energy,Klipsch,Mirage,Boston,etc... Lots of nice empty boxes..sold off many + crushed 2 truckloads over the last 3 years..and still have a few for the recycler!! most of my speakers and drivers are stash in my attic and crawl space at the moment....as we are renovating over the next year....
