Advent Heritage Inductor values

Hello to the list -
This is my first post after lots of lurking, but I've hit a challenge I hope the group can help me resolve.
I picked up a free pair of Advent Heritage speakers, and after evicting the chipmunk living inside one of them, removing the random assortment of wood screws someone drilled into the cabinets, and refoaming the woofers, I decided to recap the crossovers.
Anyway, as long as I was recapping the crossovers, I decided I'd replace (and upgrade) the inductors to air coil units.
I was able to find several threads on the matter (e.g. https://forums.audioholics.com/forums/threads/advent-heritage-couple-of-crossover-questions.111730/), and they mentioned inductor values as:
0.53, 1.2 and 2.3mH.
However, an engineering colleague tested the original iron core inductors from my speakers and he reported values of:
0.22, 0.995 and 2.0mH.

My question: should I expect this level of deviation between what was reported online and what my speakers (reportedly) used?
What is the expected impact if I use the online values instead of the ones reported for my original components?

Thanks in advance for any help/guidance!

John
