Hello AKer's! Looking for some advice before I buy- I recently purchased a fully restored Marantz 2385. I'm connecting it up to a pair of Klipsch KLF-20's I bought new in 2001 that i'm in the process of updating with Bob Crites upgrades.
-Question is- I'd like to upgrade my cabling to the speakers. There are all sorts of options out there from little $$ to BIG $$. I like the Blue Jeans bi-amp cable- but not sure if the banana plugs will fit into the rear of the Marantz? I know there are many different opinions on this, but i'm trying to figure out what the best
options for me would be.
-Should I go with bi-amping, or is that not necessary?
-If the Blue Jeans cable plugs don't fit, is there anyone out there who can advise what will provide the best fit
and sound for that receiver?
-Additionally, is there a "break-in" period for cables? If so, what is the rule of thumb on that?
Very much appreciate everyone's advice!
