Advice needed: Shure M44-7, M75E, and M95ED

I've got three Dual turntables right now. A 1019 with a Shure M74E, a 1209 with a Shure M44-7, and a Dual 1216 with a Shure M95ED.

I’ll be keeping one of them, and I’m afraid I will let the others go with a cartridge I should have kept. I do have other cartridges including a Stanton L727E, a Stanton 681, an Audio Technica.

Which ones are better with the Dual 1019? Should I consider keeping more of the Shure and putting the Stanton or Audio Technica in one of the others?

Keep all 3 Shures, all do something, the other does not. I like all 3. If I could choose only one, M 75 would get the nod, due to the versatility of that platform, it can do anything I need from shellac, to moderately high end. M 44 is superb at mono, and pre 1966 Stereo, and also excellent for 78 RPM work, the M 95 is a nice higher end platform. All have something distinctive to offer you.

That is very interesting. I’ll have to look in my box of cartridges to see what else I might have. Although I think I’m running low on Shure cartridges. I run into this same conundrum every time I let a turntable go. Shure seems to do a lot right.

They do. I own M 44, M 75, and M 91 family bodies.
