advice on Altec Biflex 412c speakers

Hi, I recently bought four speaker cabinets for 40 bucks, each one had an Altec Biflex 412c in really good shape in it (plus pretty cool triangular cabinets). All the speakers seem to be in pretty good shape except one. The outer cone of one has a small little hole in it, I will attach some photos so you can see. My question is: can I fix this with some carefully done glue work? or is it done for? I've been looking for reconing kits but haven't found any for these, and while I have refoamed several speakers before, I've yet to do a reconing myself.

Also, side question, each one is attached to a box of some sorts, I'm assuming its a power thing, maybe an AC transformer? any info on that would be awesome to know as well!

Good luck finding a place that will recone it - not even sure of Great Plains Audio does those. You could do a repair to the back of the cone with a very thin coat of Elmer's and some gauze tape, it won't be perfect but it might work. Nice find!

Yeah seems like they were probably mounted up in the corners of a restaurant or something like that.
Thats kinda what I was figuring with the reconing. All of the paper is still there, no chips fell off whenever it got hit, so I was thinking that maybe I could carefully glue them back and hope for the best. I've got a lot of spare speaker glue from Simply Speakers from the rofoaming jobs I've done, so that should probably work out pretty well for it.
