H&N Field Target Trophy and JSB Exact domes. Pointed pellets are not accurate in any of my guns. A pellet should look like a shuttlecock, round tip and flared skirt to fully engage the rifling at those 2 points. The RWS super domes might be OK. Hard pass on anything Daisy or Gamo. Nothing light. Around 8-9 grains for .177 and 14 grains for .22. Heavier pellets to tame "magnum" guns. Here's my current ammo selection.
.177 on the left and .22 on the right.

Here are the exploding hollow points. I also have sharp tips and fragmentary.

What do you suggest I try next? What are the most-accurate in your guns?

Might be a less expensive option.Anyone ever use one of these?
Air shotgun capable of sending shot up to 30 yards down range, as well as being able to fire .50 cal slugs.

Look for a used Career 707 rifle available in .22 and up to 9mm. That would instantly lol a red ear turtle.Anyone ever use one of these?

.410 shells are not cheap and they're hard to come by. Folks gravitated to 28 gauge guns for game like doves.I still have my 1st shotgun. It was my Dad's 1st shotgun too. It's a 1930's era H&R single shot .410 that folds in half. Pretty-cool. I used to love going dove hunting with it.
I don't know about it being a cheaper option though. The last time I checked on the price of .410 shotgun shells I couldn't believe it. They used to be dirt-cheap when I was a kid.
I haven't bought any in a long time though so they might be cheap again.
A friend of mine has a .410 AR-15 and man is that cool! I think they make .410 AK-47s too.
My next rifle is going to be a Ruger 10/22. I had one as a kid too but I think my cousin ended up with it. Cheap and awesome. They make so many accesories and mods for them.
I've had 10/22 since the late sixties and is everything it is cracked up to be. It loves Winchester Super X hollow points. I have 25 and 50 round magazines. Run the mag and It never jams... hardly, hardly ever jams. Drives tacks. Scope and sling, of course.I still have my 1st shotgun. It was my Dad's 1st shotgun too. It's a 1930's era H&R single shot .410 that folds in half. Pretty-cool. I used to love going dove hunting with it.

My first shotgun was an old double barreled .410, full and modified, forgot make. It would fire both barrels at once..410 shells are not cheap and they're hard to come by. Folks gravitated to 28 gauge guns for game like doves.
The Diana 350 magnum is a great air rifle for the money. Used one for a few years and it worked well with rabbits and squirrels also very accurateI don't know about buying older models. I really don't want to rebuild them or anything like that. Are there any decent new models?
What do you think of this one? Is it worth $780? It looks good and the scope looks better than you get with a Gamo or Umarex.
Links with price are shown after each.
You can probably find them a little cheaper though at other places. These are all from the Airgun Depot.

Rattler! What the first thing that comes to mind. A snake for me. Back off varmints. Yosemite Sam with one in each hand. Three round burst, like an M-16, if that works like one would hope it ought to be a hit. I'm thinking of buying one just because.Someone in the warehouse complex bought a new toy. Spotted this is in the cardboard dumpster this morning.

That last one, the Blitz. I wonder how loud it is, the .22 version. It needs a red dot optical sight in my opinion. I'd expect it to drive tacks. Got a back porch with a yard extending to wild growth, there's the thing for rats and other varmints.I'd rather have one of these full-auto BB guns. All of the Crossman & Umarex BB machine guns are over 400 fps.
"Schmeisser" MP40 BB Submachine Gun
Here's another cool one:
"Thompson" BB Submachine Gun
But if you really want to get serious...
Pre-Charged Pneumatic Hatsan Blitz 777
Use a heavier pellet to slow it down so it doesn't go supersonic. Actual pellets don't perform accurately at supersonic speeds. It's also therefore quieter if it doesn't break the sound barrier. The .22 version is rated at 1,120 fps. The speed of sound is 1,125 fps so it almost breaks the sound barrier.
I bet it's still pretty-loud though.
