Aiwa 22 Series Find!

Hi guys this is my first post! I have come across an Aiwa 22 series micro system. I was wondering what they are worth really. I am tempted to keep it and find a nice pairing of speakers though, being so compact, it would be easy to justify! ;)
From what I've found they are from the 70's. My system comprises of a P22 Stereo Amp, C22 Stereo PreAmp, R22 Stereo Tuner and L22 Stereo Cassette Deck. It is also in the rack. All works fine but haven't yet tested the cassette deck for playback. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are the close ups! ;)

I'd hang onto it at least until I've tried it for a "good while."
I couldn't sell it until l appraised it if it was mine

Cheers guys for the enthusiasm. I love it. Got it set up in the living room and using it at the moment. Gonna hang on to it I think, at least until I find it a deserving home.

They really look nice! There's always a place for a clean, good working system!
Have you had a listen yet? How do they sound?

My first "good" audio system consisted of an Awia stack, the 80 series. Over the years a few pieces went awol, but the amp/pre/tuner sit next to me as I type. They are good little units, and I hear that the earlier units are as good or better. Your stack is really nice, particularly with that cabinet. Hope you find a place for them.

I bought the Aiwa S-A22 integrated a few years back and love the thing. My daughter has it in her college dorm room and I made her bring it back for Christmas. I've spent the afternoon alternating between a new Topping VX1 and the Aiwa to get a feel for the differences between old school mini and new T-amp mini. Old school FTW!

I know of a deserving home....since my daughter stole mine.

*UPDATE* 3 and a half years on and I still have it. ;) Thanks for all the replies. I have never seen a set like it. A good few in different cases but not one with the "Aiwa" still on it and everything. I figured it was just too special.
I use it regularly it sounds great. It deserves a better set of speakers really, but a recent shift around has left little option for the time being.

So I still have this 7 years on. I never parted with it and probably never will.
I love the look, the sound, and the size. ;)
