AK helping Families for the Holidays 2010

PP sent as I dole out fat-free, semi-nutritious Utz pretzels in convienent single-serve packaging to the great unwashed masses of Halloween revelers . . .

PP sent from the members of the NE October Better-Late-Than-Never fest that took place October 30th in Clinton MA. Here's to family holidays.

It is people like you who make this so successful. I am lucky to be associated with the people here at AK.

Ive been setting stuff aside all year to sell in bartertown for this cause.

I dont see any posts here by other than subscribers but for the the AK members that dont know, Bartertown is in the Subscriber Area. Its a place where you can hang out in your underwear and buy, sell, barter, give away, ask for and just peruse cool stuff.

All the Cool AK'rs hang out there. :beatnik: :D

Almost like American Express,....Subscription has its privilages.

I hope to best my last year contribution. :thmbsp:

WOW !!!

Thank you guys so much for taking the time to help the families. It is so cool that you took part of your fest to take donations for the families.

I wish I could have been there in person to thank all of you. Can someone post their names so that they are on this thread. It is nice to know all the people who do the donating, and so that they are acknowledged for their generosity.

Thank you again,
Nancy

I want to say a huge Thank you to everyone who has gotten involved with this cause. Today VOA, thru a local news station, held a telethon to raise money for the families. During this telethon, any money raised would be matched by company sponsors.

So we decided to take $750.00 and donate it during the telethon, so that with the match it would become $1,500.00. With this money, VOA will be able to make sure that at least 10 families will have a Christmas.

This is all because of you. The members here, at Audiokarma have such big hearts and are some of the best people that I have the honor of knowing.

Again, Thank you so much. And remember, we are not done yet, we have just begun.

Nancy

Not late at all. The more we take in, the more families we pick up. Even if its Xmas eve, we still have time to send VOA the cash. They provide for those in need year round. Thanks again.
