AK meet in Toronto

[Dave_1962]

I'm wondering if AKers do that up here too and if so when and where? Or is it up to us members to just decide and then organize it?

I've been wondering that too. There was some kind of AK Toronto GTA Group that I meant to join but that's disappeared since the format change

i'm down for sure - if it's just 3 people you're all welcome here, lol.

i'm gonna subscribe to this thread - we should definitely get something going

[Saalor]

Sign me up for the Toronto GTA Group, if there is such a thing.

I wouldn't mind making that drive, depending on the date.

it looks like we're gonna have to step things up and plan things, i cant host many ppl here, sadly.....1-bdrm apt dweller

[Jody Thornton]

I'm in Richmond Hill, Ontario, so I could certainly attend.

[woofmytweets]

well, i think we need a destination, if someone wants to step up and host, or we could just do like a meetup

[xrayspex77]

I can't host but want to attend.

Are there any AK Site Sponsors based in TO? Maybe they'd want to host a herd of (Audio) Cats

[rcs16]

Just wondering what sort of agenda would take place?

Just wondering what sort of agenda would take place?

i would imagine that depends on the locale
if it was at someone's home, we could do some listening. we could go for wings/beer, i was thinking maybe Paradigm factory tour? i don't know if they even do stuff like that.

[rcs16]

Sounds more like a party
I was thinking more like an event to display your gear.
or
a bit of a technical talk on servicing/testing your old gear or anything audio electronics related.
Once I am setup, show how to check/align a few tuners.
AK stuff.
