I have been going off this Service Manual Parts List for GX-1820 / 1820D

I replaced the Capacitors and Diodes on the Power Supply Board (after doing it months ago wrong), but to do so I desoldered all the wires from the board to get it out and change the caps. I took pictures of how things were wired before I did it. Going to put it back together, I looked at the manual and what it shows for the board is not how things were wired
Here is the board

The top was fine with the 2 orange and orange / black and the Violet.
The bottom left shows two red/black wires being connected to the board, but the board when I got to it had 3 red wires all soldered together on the pad instead of the two. According to the picture, the third red / black wire should be on the bottom right.
The bottom right also shows white wires, of which there were no white wires connected to the board when I got to it. The two resistors on the bottom right were also not there. The holes for them are there, but they are not.
Finally, the photo shows 6 black wires, but I only have 5 connected to the board and all of them are bunched together on the right below the diodes. The photo shows 3 black towards the middle and the other three going to the right side.
The tape deck had never been opened or serviced by anyone else as it sat at my moms house for years before I took it. My dad never got inside of it.
Any reason why the wiring on the real board differs a lot from the picture of the board connections?
