Akai GX 255 Not working

Hi , whenever I turn on the Vu light is in , the captain motor running. All the lights of control button are up . Press any buttons play ,FF nothings responding.
Check the control IC got 10V ( should be 5V )
The IC 2 driver should be 22V and I got 24V . I don’t know where’s the problem? Thankfully for any input
