Akai GX-747 Capstan motor does not spin

Akai GX-747 capstan motor does not spin. Reel motors work. FFW and REW work. Pinch roller engages. All fused are good. Capstan motor transistor NE-2332 tested good. Diode 3 tested good. The only problem is that it does not play due to capstan motor does not spin. Please help. Thanks.
