Hello guys.
I'm doing maintenance on a AKAI GX630DB that was an initial problem of not trigger the FWD. Located TR6 damaged transistor and diode D17 in TE2002 - Relay P.C. Board, after replace components and the FWD is OK.
After checking the FWD to be working, does not sound playback or sound recording, but in monitor mode / Source REC, the input signal is recognized by the VUs TAPE not record or reproduce any signal.
quickly view RELAY PC BOARD TE2002 and P.C. CYSCON BOARD TE2001 have damaged components.
I was not sure if the function could be the MUTE the P.C. CYSCON BOARD TE2001 board to pin 1 and 2, but without these pins does not change anything.
Sorry my bad English.
I appreciate any help.

if it is plug in circuit boards i first suggest giving all contacts a good cleaning .. and make sure the contacts are good in the sockets .

I already have tape playback on tape deck.
If I inject 1khz the Source function, VUs accuse signal.
Transfer to the Tape function, I have no sound in rec. But if I use a tape already recorded, it playback the sound on tape other recording, but no erase and record new signal inject to line in or mic.
The light REC lights usually the RECORDING BOARD TE5003 relay is acting, I have tensions OK REC BOARD MY5016 in TR1 / TR1B to TR7 / TR7B, L2 PIN 7 8 and 9 are also as service manual and have tension in the head erasure.
I have no sound in the rec function in line or mic. I'm desperate.

Hello guys. Return here to share the problem resolution. The defect was in the misalignment of the heads, from the moment it says the adjustment according to the service manual, everything went well.

How can I mark it as resolved, this topic?
