I've hauled enough gear lately, gonna sit this one out even though they are priced way low.

Somebody with a clue should grab these post haste, like before i talk myself into the 250 mile trip to part them out just to keep the horns/drivers. It'll be a long time before you see another pair of these, if ever.

Dang, if only I were local! Those drivers are very nice, and valuable. You are showing amazing restraint!

I'm all burned out from road tripping lately. Monday saw a 12hour drive way down into flood ravaged Central PA for a couple antenna towers, Tuesday was a trip to the Canadian border for a pair of IPC branded 515's, and yesterday was a quick trip partway downstate to deliver an Altec to an AKer.

However, if i wake up in the middle of the night and that ad is on my mind, all bets are off. ;)

I've got a pair of bass bins loaded with Gauss 2x15's and can confirm, they made some incredible drivers.

I had a pair of speakers with Gauss woofers (foam surrounds, white cones, black dust covers), JBL mids and EV tweeters for many years. They were custom built for Peaches Records. Wish I hadn't let them go 15 years ago when I moved. Eventually talked the owner of Sound Warehouse (who bought Peaches) out of a pair in the early 80's. We had a skid in the warehouse stacked with them and another with various amps, tables, etc. Saw them every day as I putted around on the forklift.
